A Proposify alternative with no active document limit

Proposify makes attractive proposals and its editor is capable. Its Basic plan allows five active documents per user, which works for an agency sending a few large proposals a month and fails for a contractor sending five a week.

Competitor prices are public list prices as of September 2026 and may change. Check their site before deciding.

Proposify pricing

  • Basic: $19 per user per month, 5 active documents
  • Team: $41 per user per month, unlimited documents, minimum seats apply
  • No free plan; 14-day trial

YesPage pricing

  • Free: unlimited proposals, signatures, templates, one user, badge on client pages, 2% on card payments
  • Pro: $39 a month flat, unlimited users, no badge, 0% fee on card payments

Where Proposify is the better choice

Design-heavy proposals with custom layouts, agency-style content libraries, and Salesforce or HubSpot integration. If your proposal is a 20-page pitch deck, Proposify is built for that.

Where YesPage is

  • No active document limit on any plan. Five active proposals is a slow Tuesday for a service business.
  • Flat pricing. $39 for the business, not per user.
  • Optional items the client toggles, with live totals. Proposify offers optional pricing; YesPage makes it the center of the client page.
  • Deposit at signature straight to your Stripe account, on the same page as the signature.
  • A fixed block library instead of a page builder, so the second proposal takes three minutes instead of thirty.

Five active documents is not enough

You should not have to archive a live proposal to send another. YesPage never asks.

You are paying per user

Two people on Proposify Basic is $38 a month for ten active documents. YesPage Pro is $39 for unlimited people and proposals.

You want the deposit, not just the signature
