Questions
- Is free really unlimited?
- Yes. Unlimited proposals, signatures, and templates, with one user. The free plan pays for itself through the small badge on client pages and a 2% fee on card payments. Neither limits how much you send.
- What does the 2% fee cover?
- It applies only to deposits and balances paid by card through YesPage, on top of Stripe's own processing fee which every tool passes through. Pro drops it to 0%. Any account paying more than $39 a month in fees is better off on Pro, which is the point.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Pro includes everyone in the business. Adding your office manager or a second estimator costs nothing.
- Are the signatures legally binding?
- Electronic signatures are recognized under ESIGN and UETA in the United States and similar laws elsewhere. YesPage records consent, identity via the email link, timestamps, IP address, and a hash-chained audit trail, and produces a certificate of completion with every signed proposal.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. Your proposals, signed PDFs, and certificates stay accessible on the free plan.
